Heavenly Hot Fudge Sauce

  • ½ cup butter
  • 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 13 oz. can evaporated milk
  • ½ tsp salt

Melt butter in top of double boiler. Add chocolate and blend. Add sugar, milk and salt and cook on low heat stirring frequently for 20 minutes. Serve over Redwood Lane Original Vanilla ice cream…or any other vanilla ice cream!
