Quick tip: Oven-cooked bacon

leave a comment »

Here’s a quick and easy way to cook bacon for a large number of people with no turning or draining! Separate bacon slices and lay on rack in shallow pan, overlapping fat edge of one strip over the lean tip of the next. Bake in hot over (400°) about 10-12 minutes or until done.

  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
